Vidya Bharathi Rajkumar
I am an applied Development Economist interested in studying issues related to agriculture, gender and health. I received my PhD in Applied Economics and Management from Dyson School at Cornell University. At Cornell, I was a research scholar at the Tata Cornell Institute. My research interests are centered on India, and my doctoral research examines the effects of male outmigration on women and children left-behind in rural India.
Prior to starting my doctoral studies, I was a Research Associate at the Behavioral Development Lab (J-PAL SA & IFMR) in India.
