I successfully defended my PhD dissertation recently as a Tata-Cornell Scholar in the Dyson School of Applied Economics & Management at Cornell University. My research interests are centered on India, and my doctoral research examines the effects of male outmigration on women and children left-behind in rural India.
Prior to starting my doctoral studies, I was a Research Associate at the Behavioral Development Lab (J-PAL SA & IFMR) in India.
